Sorry to hear you have chosen Boundgrid as your windows web hosting provider, they have:
- Very poor support, uneducated staff
- Frequent downtime, server errors
- Tons of email problems (delays, spam, viruses)
- Bad billing practices (they never offer refunds for outages)

Good luck with them, but I would look for a new provider, they are seriously bad news.

Why would you choose such a poor and AWFUL company? Even if it's free, change providers! Boundgrid (aka Server grid) has to be the worst web hosting company I have had the displeasure of trying to work with.

The "support" staff is sarcastic, obnoxious and sadistic.

What an awful, awful, awful, company!
